General Sales Tax:
GST will only be refunded if return is processed before the 5th of the next month from sale date. For example, if any invoice is generated on any date in January, the deadline to send a return along with GST would be February 5th. In case of returns afterward, dthe educted GST amount will not be refunded at any cost; however, the customer may request GST payment proof from ELEKTROTECHNIK

All Schneider Electric Products supplied are Brand New which are warranted against defects in design, workmanship, and materials. The warranties shall be for a period of 12 months calculated from the date of delivery.
All dispatches will be made on customer’s risk, unless insured at customer’s cost.
Sales Returns would be entertained if components are returned in the same good condition and packing, they were sold. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from invoice date.
Prices are without packing and ex-our stores Karachi. Packing and forwarding expenses will be charged extra at actual.
